I brought my son to see Dr. Castro, and from the moment we arrived, we were treated with such kindness and care. Dr. Castro was incredibly patient—not just with my son, but with me as well. He made sure we both felt comfortable and informed every step of the way, never rushing through the process or making us feel like just another appointment.What really stood out was how seamlessly the entire team worked together. The assistants were quick to step in when needed, always with a smile and a willingness to help—not just us, but one another. My experience is always the best, from the girls in the office to the doctors, they are amazing. My Hygienist is great, she takes the time to explain every single detail while she is doing her job. The office is very clean and they are very organized with their appointments. I had several surgeries including implants, and I can tell you they were painless. While I was waiting for them to call me in, I heard the person at the front calling patients at home to check on them after their surgery. All these little things that they practice in this dentist office are very important to me. Thank you Dr. CASTRO and staff. I highly recommend them.

It is honest, something increasingly difficult to find in health services. The clinic is equipped with very good technological advances, I was really surprised. In addition, your staff is very cordial.

Dr. Fabian did an amazing job with my teeth! I am very happy with the results. Also, I enjoy every time I come back for a cleaning; the hygienist does an excellent job and it’s very gentle while cleaning my teeth. Overall, all the stuff at Dr. Castro are friendly and attentive.

Kind, courteous and overall Amazing staff from Front desk, dental hygienist Benita (my favorite hygienist EVER), x-ray technicians, dentists, oral surgeon and orthodontist that are all available at the same location. State of the art facility and extremely clean. Very thorough in every detail of my care. I gave them Five stars and above!

Ive been a patient for over 25 years. The attention and care given is amazing, the staff is curious and super helpful. Place is spotless, thank you Dr. Castro and staff.

Do not trust Jennifer, the manager. She is vile, manipulative, and vindictive. If you walk in looking like youre from out of town they will treat you different and take advantage of you. The receptionists will pocket the money if its in cash and will not give you a receipt for it. When you ask for a receipt they will accuse you of being poor and unable to pay your bill. They will then refuse to finish the work when you question them. The old dentist isnt much better. Him and the assistant are cranky. He ignores problem teeth hoping they will get worse and only goes after what makes him money in the moment. Even if those teeth have obvious signs of decay to the naked eye.

Elite Dental is hands down, the best dental office and experience I have ever had. I was greeted with a smile and escorted to my room quickly and efficiently. If you are looking for an office to meet all the needs of your family, this is the office for you! Dr Castro Jr is so patient, kind, and knowledgeable. The digital scan that allowed me to see a before and after of my smile was IT for me - I loved how innovative this was! I am beyond excited to start my work! Another nice touch, is that walking into Elite is the same as walking into a 5 star Spa which immediately relaxed me. I will absolutely be back with my entire family! I really loved my experiences here. Everyone is very friendly and professional. Very family oriented. Very clean as well! They make the scary experiences turn into smooth ones. Theyre flexible with moving around appointments due to crazy work issues.I had my pre-molars and most recently my wisdom teeth removed here and both times were pleasant and surprisingly fast! I have recommended them to my friends and family. If it werent for the fact that Im moving out-of-state then I would definitely stay their patient for as long as possible. Dr Castro Jr is pretty great, as far as dentists go. 5 Stars for him, personally.Office staff are apparently deaf. You can ask for an invoice of work to be done so you know your balance, and nobody knows what to do. You’re not just asking once or twice, we’re talking more than half a dozen times.Let’s not forget that they won’t bother calling YOU to schedule your next appointment... “we’ll call you!” means nothing to the staff. You’ll wait a whole year if you don’t take initiative to call the office yourself and make the appointment. Are they waiting for implant parts from the lab? No, because they COINCIDENTALLY arrived the day you called, but on three separate occasions.Absolutely ridiculous.Prepare to repeat yourself each visit.Prepare to be promised “emails” of the billing paperwork you request.Prepare to have a lot left to be desired.If I could give zero stars, I would.Edited to add a picture of the flimsy receipts they give you after any payment. All that money spent on the cute point of sale terminal, instead maybe invest in better staff.

Ive been going to Dr. Castros office for that past 14 years and have never been disappointed with the service. Dr. Castro and his staff are absolutely wonderful. Appointments are always timely and their customer service is fantastic. They are very welcoming, always treat you like family and are always available when needed.

Dr. Castro DDS is my familys dentist in Miami, and Im happy that I have a trusted place to go and my teeth are in good hands. I was referred to them from my wife, whom has been going here for years. Im awe because of the service provided by this office. They had a sense of urgency to my situation. I need to get my wisdom teeth extracted and I got everything resolved in a matter of two days. First of all I called and got to see the doctor right away. In addition I was able to schedule the extraction the next day. Cindy was able to get me financing right away and she was very helpful. The staff in general was awesome. Now for the oral surgeon he was absolutely amazing. He entertained me during the whole process. He guided me about what I was gonna feel. He was communicative and funny. I am never going anywhere else for my dental needs.

My appointment today was @530pm.Every team member I encountered was amazing.Check in, check out, dental hygienist, xray tech literally everyone was extremely sweet.I’m emphasizing my appointment was @530 because everyone treated me as if I was the first patient of the day.I truly love coming to this office.I really hope the office manager/doctor reads this and treats these ladies to lunch/gift cards.I will continue to refer my friends.

It’s a family affair for us! The 4 of us love Dr. Castro and his staff for always taking care of all our dental needs. Mabel takes care of me no matter how many times I call to change my appointments! Dr. Fabian gave my daughter a fabulous smile, and now my son has braces too. I just realized today that I and my family are for the past 7 years at Doctor Castro dentist office. Doctor Castro is so knowable, pleasant and so cared for his patients. He has last technology equipment and every year he is improving and upgrading the office and tools that he is working with.One more great aspect of Dentist Castros office is his team. Administrations are following up with patients a couple of times so you will never forget when is your next appointment for a tooth cleaning, or when are scheduled for tooth crown replacement.The last visit I had was for crown preparation.His assistant Yaibelys was helping Doctor Castro, holding the suction pipe while Doctor was preparing the tooth as the base for crown. After he finishes she stayed to make a temporary crown till a new one is made. I never had in my life such an efficient Dentist Assistant doing that job. With such easy movement and professionalism, she made that temporary crown that perfectly fit and it was so tight and strong placed and glued that I have regular meals with meat that I even do not realize that you have a temporary crown.Yaibelys was the start last week but must be honest that through all those 7 years we had only positive experiences. Even emergencies are handled with such efficiency that we will always come back to the Dentist Castro office.

Best Dental experience ever. I had all my lower teeth removed and replaced with Dental Implants, left the office with temporary crowns the same day.The surgery was painless, thanks to Dr. Hennessy and Dr. Castro that did a great job with the temporary crowns.The staff made me feel like family and Dr.Castro called me the same nightto see if everything went well with the procedure. First time a Dentist has called me to make sure I was fine.I highly recommend Elite Dental Group , all the Dr.s and staff are amazing.

Best dental practitioner Ive have encountered so far. Been going to him for many years now, despite living in a different city almost 3 hours away. I will still drive the distance to get seen only by him. Doctor Castro (the Father ) is the definition of a painless dental office experience and his long years of practice and dedication to his patients had allowed him to perform procedures fast and efficient, as it would be by magic! He is so good that Im sure he could fill a cavity even if blindfolded :)

Visited Dr. Castro for the first time on July 15. for a possible crown, that my own dentist has been recommending I take care of. Dr. Castro determined that I did not need a crown and only a filling was needed. The experience was amazing!! They have this vibrating instrument that they use just prior to and during the injection of local anesthetic to my gums..no pain!!! I couldnt believe it. Friendly and professional staff. I definitely found my new dentist. Thank you Dr. Castro!!

Dr. Castro has been my dentist for a few years now and I cant say more wonderful things about him and his staff. I rarely ever have to wait past my appointment time and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. Ive seen both Dr Castro Sr. and Jr. and they do great work. This coming from someone whos had alot of dental work as a child and very anxious whenever I used to have to go to a dentist. My anxiety has slowly gone away with the great experiences Ive had at Elite Dental. I had a dental implant done prior to seeing Dr Castro due to an accident and he advised he could fix the implant years later. It now blends in to match in color with the rest of my teeth which was a big insecurity of mine in the past. I am extremely grateful for all theyve done to make my smile better, bigger and brighter! I highly recommend Elite Dental to anyone looking for a dentist or considering to change your current one. You wont be disappointed!

Amazing service! I hate injections and had two cavities that I was dreading to remove because of the anesthesia and thank god for a new product the have which prevents you feeling the injection. Make sure to ask for it if you’re getting any injections, it’s called Dental Vibe. A+ experience!

Excellent team, Dr. Hennessy did my surgery and although I was very nervous, him and his team took the time to make me feel better and have my surgery be quick and painless! Exceptional dental practice.

My husband was taken there to have his wisdom teeth out. He was told when first visiting there that they do full anesthesia. Well this was a lie. He was then told that they will give him nitrous gas during the procedure or having all 4 of his wisdom teeth out, 2 of which were impacted. He asked for this even before the procedure had started and was told no that he could’t have it. Even when he begged for this because of having severe anxiety from the dentist was told no that he could not have this to help. I am appalled at the treatment of my husband and will never return myself or recommend this place to friends or family members. We are only going back for the 2 week suture removal and then will never step foot in this horrendous place again. How dare they deny someone who is clearly very anxious something that he was told he would receive anyways.

Got there for my appointment at 9am. By 9:30 two other people got there presumably for 9:30 appointments. Both went in immediately as they arrived ahead of me even though Id been waiting since 9. This guy could be the greatest dentist the world has ever seen, not worth being treated this way. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

I really like the service I received here today! I have two daughters and I work full time & Dr.Castro and his team where able to work around my hectic schedule. I really did not know what to expect I hadnt been to the dentist in a while but it wasnt as bad as I thought and they broke everything down for me so I could not only afford it but actually be able to have it done. Bought a Groupon for teeth whitening for my soon. He scheduled and went to his appt. They took him in right away, but had him in a chair for 45 mins before telling him he needed a cleaning...in another hour! Stay away. I told him to leave immediately. Such a waste of time.

Went there for x rays. When you have to tell them which teeth are bad its a problem! Means someones too lazy to do their job or burnt out. Most dentists are able to pick out issues looking at the xrays themselves. If the dentist is too lazy to read the xray...thats bad. Ones eyes cannot be that lazy. He missed telling me about a BIG problem tooth! I could see the damage on my own!To top it off they charge around $1100-$1500 for crowns. They claim its so expensive because theyre porcelain. And the dentist just so happens to only do porcelain!I would not put all my trust in this dentist. Seems he goes after what will make him the big money, will ignore big problems hoping theyll get worse, and isnt too concerned with the patients health. The dentist does what benefits him NOT you! Do NOT risk coming here because of free xrays! Thats how they rope you in!

(DONT BE AFRAID there are OTHER DOCTORS who can SEDATE YOU WITH NO PAIN OR FEAR.I went to the Elite office because they offered painless and I am very scared. they took all the exrays. They told me they would sedate me and the dentist gave me a work plan. They gave me an appointment for the surgery I payed $10.500 dollars for 4 posts. 4 POSTS ONLY THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE THE CROWNS EACH CROWN IS $1100. FOR A TOTAL OF ($4400.) TWO (2) months later, I made an appointment with the doctor because everyone told me this doctor should have healed the cavities in my front teeth first. I had spent all this $10,500 and had NOTHING TO SHOW except for 4 posts. I made an appointment on thursday to find out how much more to do my front teeth. The doctor looked in my mouth, looked at the exrays they had taken and he told me it would cost $1250 additional to fix my front teeth with temporary crowns while they worked on the rest of my mouth. He gave the precription and we scheduled for the following Monday. My daughter took me ( SEDATED) on Monday ( 4 DAYS LATER) and NOW the doctor said I NEEDED ROOT CANALS $900 x 5 EACH, ($4500) **MORE** AND $1100 x5 ($5500) more FOR EACH CROWN, FOR A TOTAL OF $10,000 MORE (JUST FOR THE FIVE UPPER FRONT TEETH (ROOT CANALS AND CROWNS.) $10,000 FOR JUST THE 5 FRONT TEETH
